OpenDGM

A diagnostic software framework to - automatically - determine the source of a given arrhythmia. Using network theory on cardiac excitation, OpenDGM is capable of detecting all critical boundaries, to allow the optimal ablation line in each case.

Modules

The OpenDGM framework consists of the following modules

parser Loading of CARTO, Rhythmia, OpenCARP and OpenDGM data files

signal Signal filtering and feature extraction functions
meshtools Surface preprocessing toolbox
graph Graph functions to convert coordinates and scalars into a (directed) graph
algorithm - Graph bases cycle and focal search

- Extended phasemapping to detect any phase defect
visualization Visualization of VTK objects such as meshes, nodes and loops
